At Coaches & Creators, we stand behind the quality of our digital education and consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund on our products and services.
Summary: We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, customers must not have accessed or completed a substantial portion of the program materials.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- You must not have accessed or completed more than 25% of the program materials
- You must not have attended any live coaching calls or sessions
- You must not have received personalized consulting or feedback
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Programs where more than 25% of content has been accessed
- Any services that have been fully delivered
- One-on-one consulting sessions that have already occurred
- Live event tickets or workshop fees
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name and the email address used for purchase
- Provide your order number or transaction ID
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Payment Plans
If you purchased a program on a payment plan and request a refund within the eligibility period, we will cancel all future payments and refund any payments already made, minus any non-refundable portions for services already rendered.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company or bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collection actions and permanent suspension from our services.
